Some mid to large-sized companies offer free financial assistance in areas of budgeting, investment, retirement planning, etc. Take advantage of it! If you are contributing to your 401k; they usually have great educational events as well, including one-on-one assistance. I've been with Fidelity for years and they've always been awesome-sauce.
