I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE VOLUNTARILY SOUGHT OUT THE COMPANY AND DESIRE TO UTILIZE THE COMPANY'S PROGRAMS AND/OR SERVICES, AND AM WILLING TO PROVIDE PAYMENT TO THE COMPANY, AS SET FORTH WITHIN, IN EXCHANGE FOR SAID PROGRAMS AND/OR SERVICES AS OUTLINED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
I understand that I will receive access to an educational course created by MNH Financial Services.com -aka The Frugal CrediTnista – for Rock Your FICO, which will include lessons, live or record streams, downloadables, and assignments for the amount within my investment..
I understand that I am investing in access to ONE CLASS and not ongoing classes.
I understand that said class DOES NOT include access to any other classes or 1-on-1/group services and that once my program duration has expired, I will no longer have access to said 90-Day Rock Your FICO course (12 month VIP access & 6 months access for Rock Your FICO Members).
I understand that I will receive support from MNH Financial Services, Inc. staff ONLY during my Rock Your FICO program and ONLY via the private Group, which I will be given access to before the start of the Program.
I understand that there will be no support via telephone, text, email, or social media messenger support. I understand that this will NOT be 1-on-1 support, but a group activity support.
I understand that there will be no ongoing support after the 90-Day Rock Your FICO course hosted by MNH Financial Services, Inc. has ended at all whatsoever. I understand that I may invest in services with MNH Financial Services, Inc. if I do decide to pursue ongoing support.
* I understand that I am not entitled to any refunds once the first Welcome assignment has been sent to the email address provided by me, as the class has officially started. If a member is unable to satisfy their financial obligation for their course they will speak or email management to make payment arrangements upon which the member would receive the remaining training (ex…missed class/training that is missed outside of the live course time will be recorded and shared. Access time of the course material will be determined by management).
I understand that I am solely responsible for the contact information that I have submitted while registering for the 90-Day Rock Your FICO course – email address, telephone number, Facebook Username – and will hold harmless MNH Financial Services, Inc. for failure to receive any course information due to me submitting incorrect contact information. I understand that I am NOT entitled to a refund for failing to enter the correct contact information.
* I understand I will be emailed my first assignment detailing how to access the 90-DAY Rock Your FICO course private Study Group, where daily lessons, assignments, and downloadables will be held.
*I understand that I am not entitled to any refunds on prior Services or Courses offered by MNH Financial Services, Inc., no matter when the investment was made.
